Our Assistance Is Not A Loan!
The Foundation’s purpose is to help cancer victims acquire affordable treatment by assisting the cancer victim with the treatment bill. The payment paid out is based on need. The money is yours to keep and never has to be paid back. This money is non-taxable and interest free. Here are the guidelines that the Foundation follows and the steps you should take to ease the process.

The Foundation will usually cover at least a portion of the cost of the treatment of cancer after a deductible is met.

The financial eligibility requirements are determined by the Foundation and a patient is by no way discriminated by race, sex, ethnic origin, language, gender, or religious or political background.

We encourage you to contact us if you are in need of financial aid to assess or treat a cancer problem.

In order for us to serve you better:

• You will need to fill out the Credit Report Authorization and Release Form at the time you submit the application to the Villa Natura Medical Institute for cancer treatment.

• To qualify for a financial aid plan, you must first be admitted by the Villa Natura Medical Institute to undergo their treatment.

• Once your Credit Report Authorization and Release Form is submitted, The Foundation will run a credit check to better determine your needs.

• The Foundation may grant you one of the following financial support plans based on your past medical history and on your credit report score:

  · Silver Plan – will assist a patient with support from 10-25% of total treatment cost*.

  · Gold Plan - will assist a patient with 50% of total treatment cost*.

  · Platinum Plan - will assist a patient with 75% of total treatment cost*.

• Assistance is determined on a need basis.

*Treatment Cost only includes the total charge from the Villa Natura Medical Institute for Cancer Treatment and does not include support for the All inclusive charge by Villa Natura.
